Nun können Sie Ihr Land wählen und mit dem Buttom -Aktualisieren- wählen. Es werden die anfallenden Versandkosten angezeigt.
Ebenso können Sie im Warenkorb Artikel hinzufügen oder löschen. Dies passiert über

Allgemeines
Wenn Sie bei uns im Onlineshop einkaufen wird automatisch das Artikelgewicht der von Ihnen gekauften Produkte ermittelt. In der Bestellabwicklung wird Ihnen dann automatisch der richtige Versandpreis nach Gewicht zugeordnet. Wir versenden unsere Ware ausschließlich versichert mit DHL und DPD. Sie bekommen von uns eine Versandmail. Bitte beachten Sie falls Sie nicht zuhause sein sollten, bei DHL der Paketbote das Paket bei einem Postamt in Ihrer Nähe abgibt und bei DPD 3 Zustellungsversuche unternommen werden.
Lieferung:
Unsere Lieferzeiten sind meinst kurzfristig, bei Änderungen werden wir Sie unverzüglich Informieren. Bei Vorkasse versenden wir die Ware direkt nach Gutschrift des Betrages auf unserem Bankkonto.
Bei Nachnahmesendungen direkt nach Ihrer Bestätigung. Bei Bezahlung mit Moneybrookers oder Paypal direkt nach der Bestätigung.
Lieferzeit
Der Versand dauert 2 - 3 Arbeitstage zu Stoßzeiten wie z.B. Weihnachten kann es zu Verzögerungen kommen. Es fallen keine zusätzlichen Verpackungskosten an.
Abholung bei uns im Haus:
Nach Absprache können Sie auch die Ware bei uns persönlich abholen, jedoch bitten wir Sie dies vorher mit uns abzusprechen, da wir kein Ladengeschäft besitzen. General
When you shop in our online shop the product weight is calculated automatically on basis of the products you bought. The correct shipping price is assigned automatically to the weight during the order processing. We solely ship our products insured with DHL and DPD. You receive a shipping mail of us. Please note, if you are not at home that the DHL parcel carrier hands it in to the post office near you and that the DPD tries to deliver it three times.
Delivery:
Our delivery times short-term; in case of changes we will inform you immediately. In case of cash in advance we will ship the products directly after credit entry on our bank account. In case of cash on delivery we will ship directly after your order confirmation. In case of payment with Moneybrookers or Paypal we will ship directly after confirmation.
Delivery time:
Usually, shipment takes 2 – 3 working days but during peak times, e.g. Christmas, delays may occur. No additional packaging costs arise
Pick up at our place:
If agreed beforehand, you can pick up the products at our place, however we ask you to coordinate this with us in advance, as we do not have a retail shop. For this you can just send us an e-Mail or use the support form. Or you can call us: +49 (0) 5303 – 941990. If you cannot reach us personally, please leave a message with your name and your e-Mail address on our answering machine.
Sent with a forwarder:
For larger deliveries we can do the shipment with a forwarder. These shipping costs are dependent on distance and weight. If you wish, we can let you know these prices beforehand. Please use the support form for this.
If it is urgent:
If you are in a hurry, we can also use the Express parcel service. If you wish, we will let you know these prices. Please, also use the support form for this. From experience this way of shipment is often much more expensive than the normal way of shipment.
Tip: You can also use the free of charge redemption service of the seller for your return consignment. For this purpose please request a post-paid DHL parcel sticker for returns from us. Of course, your revocation right remains unaffected, also in case you don’t make use of this service.
